Phạm Nguyễn Đức Anh is a Leadership Development Fellow with Teach for Viet Nam and currently serving as an English teacher in a high-need rural lower secondary school in central Viet Nam. He is focused on inequity and non-inclusion in the education ecosystem and is empowered to be part of the solution in fighting education inequity. He is greatly passionate about creating inclusive and equitable learning experiences for local students.

A pen can represent me for justice as it symbolizes creativity and literacy skills, and ensures that one individual has the absolute capacity and the freedom to comprehend and critique information, to learn and create knowledge, and most importantly to access justice, shape and re-shape justice, and maintain justice for their human rights and for the good cause.

ASEAN youth forum made me realize my potential, responsibility, and capacity to dedicate myself to building a more equitable future, peace and development of the Asia-Pacific region for all, starting from the smallest and simplest actions for change in any form on a daily basis to giant strides in the long run.
